Autonomous Execution

By enabling automated trading through T1 Bot®, you authorize the platform to execute trades on your connected exchanges without manual intervention. Once activated, bots will trade continuously according to their configured parameters.

No Human Oversight

T1 Bot® trading occurs 24/7 without human review. You acknowledge that:

• Trades execute immediately based on algorithms
• You cannot cancel trades once initiated
• Market conditions may change rapidly
• No trader will evaluate each trade before execution

Responsibility

You are solely responsible for monitoring your bot's performance and portfolio. T1 Bot® provides tools to track activity, but you must actively review your positions, profit/loss, and risk exposure.

Emergency Shutdown

While you can disable bots at any time, trades already submitted cannot be cancelled. Emergency shutdown may not prevent execution of pending orders.

No Guaranteed Returns

As automated cryptocurrency trading is market-dependent, no fixed success rate, guaranteed arbitrage opportunity frequency, guaranteed yield, or guaranteed financial return can be provided.

Past performance does not indicate future results. Backtests do not guarantee live trading performance. Market conditions change continuously, and historical patterns may not repeat.

No Refunds

All completed payments are final and non-refundable. Activation status, API-key setup or availability, exchange connectivity, bot performance, trading results, technical issues, cancellation, or non-use do not create eligibility for a refund.
