T¹ Bot® licenses are digital, non-tangible products. Every purchase is final when completed; the license cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
T¹ Bot® does not issue refunds under any circumstances. This policy applies before and after account or license activation and regardless of whether API keys are added, connected, available, used, or functioning.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Users are responsible for managing their subscription settings and cancellation preferences.
You may cancel future renewal at any time through your account settings. Cancellation does not refund, reverse, credit, or prorate any completed payment. Access remains active until the end of the paid billing cycle.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension, loss of affiliate commissions, and permanent removal from the platform.
By purchasing a license, you agree to this Refund Policy in its entirety. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these terms.
All purchases, license fees, upgrades, renewals, platform fees, and other completed payments are final and non-refundable. Account activation, API-key setup, exchange connectivity, feature usage, trading results, technical issues, dissatisfaction, or non-use do not create eligibility for a refund.
You may contact support for technical assistance or cancel future renewal, but support requests and cancellation do not alter this no-refund policy or create a credit for a completed payment.
