Funding Agreement Term Sheet
T¹ Bot® · Company-provided Funded Accounts · Funding Program Payout Flow
Beta & Agreement Status
The platform is currently in beta testing using simulation mode. Simulated balances, profits, and payouts do not involve real funds. This term sheet describes the proposed live funding program; the examples are illustrative, not guaranteed returns or confirmation that live funding or payouts are available.
1. Trade Execution
The Trader operates the trading tools using Company-provided capital. Profit or loss is recorded in the Funded Account.
2. Profit Calculation
At the end of each trading cycle—daily, weekly, or monthly depending on the agreed tier—net profit is calculated. Example: net profit of $1,000.
3. Automatic 80/20 Split
The Trader receives eighty percent (80%) of net profit and the Company retains twenty percent (20%). For $1,000 in net profit, the Trader receives $800 and the Company retains $200. Losses in Company-provided Funded Accounts are absorbed by the Company and do not reduce the Trader’s personal funds.
4. Payout Distribution
The Trader’s share is transferred to their designated payout method, such as a bank account or wallet, where supported. The Company’s share remains in the Funded Account. No additional invoicing or repayment obligations are required of the Trader under this profit distribution arrangement.
5. Transparency
For the live funding program, the dashboard is intended to show net profit, the automatic split, and payout status. Example: “Profit: $1,000 → User: $800, Company: $200.”
Final Funding Terms
Before live participation, the Company and Trader must confirm the funding amount, tier-specific cycle, definition of net profit and applicable costs, supported payout method, payout timing, and account rules in a final funding agreement. The agreed 80/20 distribution method is final and binding under that agreement. Company loss absorption applies to Company-provided Funded Accounts, not to trading with the Trader’s personal capital. Legal review is needed to reconcile these funding terms with the existing general risk and liability provisions.
